Reboot Integrative Wellness Center

It's hard to put into words all that I have gained from Felicia working with me. I had a bilateral mastectomy, then developed complications. I had to have a breast expander removed. What was left was in very bad condition from the stress and trauma of the complications. She was able to open up and get the entire breast area flexible and in great condition to have a new expander successfully inserted into that the area. I looked forward to our sessions not only for Felicia's physical therapy skills but also for her knowledge of what I was going through. Her words of support, reassurance and guidance were so helpful to me. She took me out of some dark thoughts. With the help of Shannon, they provided me with strength, flexibility and yoga exercises so I felt stronger and in better physical and mental condition than I had since receiving my cancer diagnosis. I look forward to our sessions and I will forever be grateful for all that they given to me.

Thankful that I found this wonderful wellness center to address severe shoulder/arm pain and lower back sciatica pains. Tatiana, at the front desk is a calm, efficient and welcoming introduction. She also caringly led me through my first set of therapeutic exercises. Dr. Meng Shang is a chiropractic miracle worker, bringing relief and improvement with each visit. I also had a great experience with Dr. Phoebe Liu. Physical therapist Felicia Greenfield-Blau is also wonderful and insightful in developing your personal regimen of exercises. The center is very clean and very conveniently located to public transportation, just a short walk from 10th and Market. As a long-time dancer, martial arts practitioner and Reiki practitioner, I'm highly body aware. This place and staff is a winner.

I cannot say enough good things about my Reboot experience. Felicia's kind, expert, and holistic approach to my PT is what I needed physically and emotionally after healing from breast cancer surgery and complications with cording. While improving physically, our talks were making me more aware, mindful, and grateful for an otherwise difficult time. I've also gotten into Qigong! Highly recommend!
