I hate to give them 2 stars, but I've had some pretty bad landlords in the city so they get an extra one. Any time you reach out to Alan for help, he responds to half of your email and throws the lease in your face. I get it, sometimes you have to rely on it and remind people of the contract they signed, but if you're not even going to bother considering what I have written to you before rubbing it in my face that you are not responsible, there's not even a point in me keeping them up to date on issues with the property. If I wanted someone to treat me like crap I could find it on the street without paying thousands of dollars. That's also on top of the full month's rent deposit for a single cat. What the hell is one cat going to do that can't come out of a 100$ pet deposit and the full month's rent security deposit.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Alan is an incompetent scumbag who will do the bare minimum required by law. On top of that he is not what I would consider an intelligent man. I still get an occasional laugh at some of his email misspellings. I wouldn't wish him as a property manager on my worst enemy. Oh, and the trashy secretary is a nice touch. Nothing like getting screamed at over the phone by someone who most likely never made it past the 5th grade.Bottom line is these people are morons. Their office is a filthy mess with papers scattered everywhere. Halfway through our lease I reached out to the landlord and asked if i could just deal with him directly, which I am so glad I did.

Well, it's not shocking that they've been bought out (by another atrocious company, but still). I was looking for a new place in fairmount, which they pretty much had on lockdown. Thing is, if you're employed- which is generally a requirement of rental- they make it nearly impossible to see any places. Partially because, "SHOWINGS WILL ONLY BE SCHEDULED BY PHONE." They will email you back, but WILL NOT schedule a time to see a place in that email. It's absurdly Stone Age and made me miss out on some good possibilities. Now, they've been bought by PMG. Shocking. Thankfully, I ended up buying an amazing house and my renting days are over. The 2nd star is for Mark, who did show me a place and was very nice... But Alan is incredibly rude.
