Lydia was very kind, pleasant and professional person to work with. She was constantly in contact with me during applying, waiting for approving my application with landlord, even on weekend. She recently contacted me and asked how I am doing and my new adopted kitten (after 2 weeks me moving in into new apartment). I highly recommend Lydia!

We worked with Lydia during our move from out-of-state to Philadelphia this year. Throughout the process, she was extremely responsive, took the time to understand what exactly we were looking for, was forthcoming and honest with her impressions of various properties and price points, and always went the extra mile when we needed to move rapidly on a property. She understands the market very well and has an enormous amount of knowledge to offer. She is extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of partnering with Lydia to purchase our new home. From the very start, Lydia was personable, attentive, and understanding in helping us find the right home, in the right location, with the right attributes. Once we decided to move forward with the buying process, Lydia consistently stayed in touch to remind us about next steps, check in on how we're feeling, and determining if we had any additional needs. She was extremely professional working through our negotiations, strong but fair when overcoming any challenges with the sellers' realtor, and very experienced by sharing suggestions and guidance throughout the process without being overbearing. Last but not least, Lydia always made herself available to us for anything we needed whether it was by text, phone, email, or in person.
