I have know the entire Petrone Family for at least 25 years. They have rented my units at 3527 IQL. Honest professionals who know East Falls like the back of your hand. I have enjoyed 98.5% occupancy for 30 years. I do what they tell me too. And I have never regretted any suggestion. They helped me find the perfect contractors; Electrical, Plumbing, Carpenters. I have stayed with these contractors and depend on them. They are like family to me. I lived in the property for 5 years and Petrone know it better than I do. I call Kathy MOM. Heather Petrone taught RE with the Board of Realtors and is past president.You will always be treated with respect and courtesy. A rare family business that you can completely trust. They are my go to people for anything RE and more. I got lucky. If they tell you it is taken care of, it is. What more can you ask for. (maybe a hug from MOM.)
