Scott and the Atacan Group helped us sell our first home and I could not recommend them more! He made the process extremely easy and stress-free. We had our house on the market for awhile before we hired Scott and in his hands it sold within a day over asking price. Not only is he a skilled real-estate agent, he really takes the time to get to know you personally so he understands what’s most important to you. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Navigating the Philly real estate landscape can be daunting. However, it became a breeze and an absolute joy with the help of Mary Delozier of the Atacan Group! We viewed a bunch of homes together, she gave us her honest opinion of each, patiently answered all of our questions (even when I asked the same one several times), and took a lot of time out of her busy schedule to bring us around the neighborhood several times in search of our dream home. We closed and moved in a few days ago, and, while we are very excited to be homeowners, we are pretty sad that we won't be walking around viewing home in Mary's company. She is amazing!

I was wonder around the loft district on a very warm October afternoon. I came across an open house sign and called the number. I didn't realize that the open house has ended hours before. Mary took the call and came down and showed be several lofts in the building, even though she knew I was not ready to buy. I was new to Philadelphia and was looking for an apartment. I wasn't able to buy at that point, but I had a horrid landlord. My landlord's actions or lack of made it possible to vacate my lease. Mary followed up with me and we both came to the same conclusion that I would be better served looking at Townhomes in Brewerytown. Two months later I closed on my Townhome and I love my place. Mary brought all parts of the buying process to the table. She understood what I wanted, what I would be comfortable in buying, my financial ability to buy, and most importantly she brought a very talented team along with her. She introduced me to a firm that could help with the mortgage and I have an amazing mortgage. I can say enough about her professionalism, drive, and understanding of the Philadelphia real estate market. You can get a better agent. I couldn't be happier.

As first time home buyers, the idea of navigating real estate in Philly was stressful. After unexpectedly, but very luckily, meeting Mary Delozier of the Atacan Group at an open house, we knew we would be in good hands! To say Mary listened to what we wanted in a home would be an understatement. Every showing met all of our criteria, but was unique in one way or another. I had a month to find a place, close, and move-in. With such a quick timeline I needed someone who was going to be responsive and work as fast as I was. Working with Scott Sepkowicz was easy and a pleasure. He was more than accommodating of all my early morning meeting and late night calls. Scott followed up consistently to make sure the timeline was going to be met and get me into the house by the target date.
