Didn’t fix my heat for 20 days during the coldest month in recent history, 4 snow storms, and several days below zero.
When I asked to have my rent prorated for the time I had to stay with family, I was called stupid and offered $50 for my “inconvenience.”
For 20 days my rent totals $967.74.
It’s taken over two months to even be offered that insulting amount as they refuse to answer or return calls, emails, and maintenance requests.
I would under no circumstance rent from these awful people.
