Do not live here! Fire alarm goes off weekly between the hours of 10pm - 7am, sometimes multiple times. Management refuses to fix anything.

At complete wits end with the fitness center- moved here excited to have a fitness center in the building however despite advertising 4 treadmills on their website; There is actually only two and one has been broken for over 4 months now. With the treadmill being the most popular gym equipment Im disgusted this has not been addressed despite multiple complaints. Ive tried to work out at 5am, 12pm, 5pm, 8pm, you name it and more times than not unable to use the treadmill because its in use. Frustrating doesn't even describe it. Multiple emails sent, I was told it needed an update (I wasnt born yesterday, its flat out broken). In december was FINALLY told a new one has been ordered and will arrive in 4-6 weeks. Got an update on my maintenance request the other day its on back order. Not worth paying the high rent when you dont have the amenities that should go along with it. You simply cant have 16 floors of tenants fighting for 1 treadmill. Appears management doesnt prioritize current resident needs, I guess they focus on new residents . Just dont be fooled by the treadmill situation.

Update: to reflect what one of the other reviewers reported, the fire alarm has gone off about 4-5 times the past week, mostly between the hours of 10pm and 7am, sometimes as late as 1am and as early as 5am. Despite emailing the manager Debbie Donato multiple times regarding this issue, Ive so far received no response and the management office has not made any announcements addressing this problem. During the past year, there has been multiple electricity black outs, warm water shortage, and now currently no air conditioning for 3 days and counting. After promising a complementary carpet cleaning for renewing my lease, no one has replied to me for over a month re scheduling the cleaning or if its even happening. I wouldnt advise living here, the moment you renew your lease the office will stop responding to you.
