Staples

Staffs were very kind and informative. But other elements were just OK. Whenever I walked in this store, I felt walking in an old office.

They were very helpful. I had to download documents to staples and print and they walked me through it.

This was our "local" Staples, better parking and somewhat more convenient on a daily basis than other possible "locals." HOWEVER, last time I was there, buying a case of copier paper at a good price, the place had signs saying they're closing on 1-10-2020. The shopping center overall is not doing particularly well and this Staples is quite large, so the competitive situation might well be untenable. So this is unsettling, but I have recently discovered that I can buy paper in case lots in other places for about the same price. I have been buying printer supplies on line for years, and our occasional need for new machines has been well satisfied on line, so really the only reason to patronize Staples is for case paper and for their shipping services. And even the case paper can be ordered on line and shipped free. Still, it's a loss to the community. Result: 1 star only.
