I was looking for a new laptop. I received the attention, answers and choices I needed to make my decision. To boot the laptop I wanted turned out to be on sale and I saved over $100 because other stores have similar laptops with the same specsfor more money than what I paid here. Service was great.

Try to avoid the Staples in East York, Pa. These Red Neck Salespeople are Rude, Disrespectful and can provoke you if you are not careful. Haven't seen this level of ignorance for some time. Terrible!

I've been going to the store for 3 years, kyle from the copy or printing department it's an excellent worker, super nice, knowledgeable in his job and helpful, his costumer service skills are great!! Always a good experience shopping in this location!

Would give zero stars if it were an option. I've been here four times in the past week, seeking advice on buying a new printer. All 4 times, there were zero employees than had even the smallest bit of printer knowledge. They always say he will be in at a later time. Crazy to me that a printer store doesn't employee people with any printer knowledge. And there were 4 employees there.
