This place is terrible rooms doesn’t even have phones in them so I can call my grandma , Staff isn’t very helpful at all , if you can send your loved ones somewhere else.

This place is THE WORST! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!! THEY ARE RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. YOU CALL AND IT WILL RING FOR HOURS, OR THEY HUNG UP ON YOU OR THEY TRANSFER YOU AROUND. MY MOTHER BROKE HER HIP WHILE IN THERE CARE. THEY OFTEN HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON. I ASKED IF MY MOTHER WAS VACCINATED AND THEY HAD NO IDEA. FOR 9 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN LEAVING TONYA WHO IS THE DIRECTOR MESSAGES AND SHE HAS YET TO CALL ME BACK.

My grandmother was neglected in this facility. Its a terrible facility run by staff that could not care less about your loved one. Was unable to get in contact with my grandmother because they do not have phones in their rooms and on the rare occasion that someone actually answered the phone, they had no idea what was going on and was unable to answer any questions and had zero clue or solutions as to how I could get in contact with her. Don not let your loved one end up here!!

For the last two years,I have been calling this center about my aunt it always seems that they do not even want to answer the phone nevertheless contact the patient who has a phone call .even today on Saturday,the call was always disconnecting me .it seems as though they (the staff) do not want you to call (the patients do not have their own private phones in their rooms)
