This place is not good at all! Please do not take someone you love here! When you walk in, the lobby has a different perception but don't be fooled! My mother has only been here since February 20th 2024......I went today to visit her 2-28-2024, she smelled like urine when I got to her room and there was roaches coming out of the air conditioner....sorry I did not take pictures. Her CNA was in the room with us at the time so I asked him who could I speak to about the roaches ( and he saw them because I pointed to them) he turned his head and said "I don't know" with an attitude. There was another young lady walking by and she over heard the conversation and told me who to go to! Then, this same Cna got my mother out of the bed put her in a wheelchair. Then he started rolling her out of the room and im just standing there. He never communicated that he was taking her to the shower room to be weighed....very unprofessional! With a lack of empathy! We get into the shower room and he try to wheel my mother onto the scale and ran her foot over with the wheelchair in the process....my mother started screaming and I hollered that the wheel was on her foot! He said with an attitude, " I didn't do it on purpose". Instead of apologizing. My mother has a diagnosis of dementia, this cna had a nerve to turn to me and say" she confused, can you talk to her"? I just looked at him and said nothing. I called his boss Kenya to report that unprofessional comment. Never a call back so I guess this is how patients with dementia is treated at this facility!

This place is disgusting . Like most nursing homes do , they keep the waiting area beautiful but as soon as you turn that corner to get to the residents it's filthy . I get it's a nursing home, but it still should be clean . They send patients (especially from the 2nd floor) with feces on them to transport. Mind you these patients are going to dialysis . If you know anything about dialysis you know that it takes at least 4 hours . Would you want your loved one to sit in feces for 4 plus hours ? Smh they are also nasty here . They have nasty dispositions . Especially the front desk lady . I really don't get the attitude cause she does absolutely nothing but dust ink pens . The way this place is kept, it should be shut down !

The phone system SUCKS!! Iv been trying to reach my aunt for over 3 days. And alot of the other Neg reviews are concerning especially with the messy phone system. I'm going to call the police shortly.. don't know what else to do. You get the run around on the phone. I feel the other complaints on that. I don't know if my aunt is dead or alive.

The staff doesnt acknowledge you here. I didnt feel welcomed. The only person that I felt was nice was the night nursing supervisor.
The LPN working yesterday was soooo rude. He kept talking over me, cutting me off, rushing me, getting smart with me, and incompetent. He was not nice or friendly. I would not put my family in here !

When my father first came here I was pleased however their has been several things that has occurred since him living here, such as his brand new clothing being taken along with brand shoes. Which is not the main concern or reasoning for me writing this review. However it's the lack of compassion , the lack of respect, the lack of empathy , that was shown when contacting the administrator when I reached out to voice my concerns about my fathers medical care , and other things that had occurred during my last visit. The lack of concern when I voiced to him that I feel like he's constantly making excuses for some of the lazy staff members that are employed here. Whom has walked out of my fathers room knowing that the floor was soaked with human urine and a urine bottle sitting in the middle of the floor that had spilled, or the lack of concern when a doctors order is not being followed on several different occasions. He responded by telling me they ran out and that's why the order wasn't followed that particular day , the lack of respect for my father who's a diabetic and me being called several different times telling me his A1-c is so high that he needs another medication order to help lower his A1-c only to find out while visiting on several different occasions
that he's been getting sugar with his meals , he's getting orange juice with his meals and finding empty soda cans in his trash can all while being told a staff must have bought them for my father and they don't know how the sugar or orange juice was on his tray . ( I guess he walked in the kitchen and got it ) When I voiced my opinion as too him making too many excuses instead of trying to correct the concerns, I asked for his supervisors name and number I was given the name but was told I could not have the phone number because its her personal phone, I then asked if he could contact her and ask if we could have a meeting to discuss my concerns with her? I was told he didn't think it was a good idea that I trying to move to his supervisor and I needed to meet with him and his team first . Now this is not the first time that I have reported issues to this man and I have talked to several different people about some of the same issues ( My father's medical issues , my father's clothing and shoes being stolen, this time my father's clothing being bleached up and hung back in his closet despite having a note on that closet telling everyone not to wash his clothing that the family will wash everything , my father not have the items that the doctor prescribed ) so when I asked him why should I keep talking to him about issues that are not being corrected I was told I can move my father to another place if I am not pleased with the care he's receiving ..... Well that was the last straw that was the most ignorant way of trying to handle or correct a situation that I have ever heard and I felt very disrespected! So if you love your family member and want them to be treated with respect DO NOT SEND THEM HERE because if you voice your concerns you'll be treated and talked to by the administrator like your nothing and your family member is just a number . I wish I could post the pictures of everything that I had issues or concerns about .I think this guy need some training as to how to be more compassionate as to the needs of the residents and the family because he's very rude, inconsiderate, and has no feelings or compassion for the residents that live here . Looking at all the other reviews after writing mine I see that I'm not in this alone and hope that the higher ups or owners step in because this is not a very good look for this center.
