I would have given 2 stars but I don't want to mislead ANYONE. Summary: DIRTY PLACE, RUDE STAFF, OVERPRICED and POOR QUALITY POLISHES. I walked in and was asked what I wanted, I didn't feel welcomed.... Typical foreign nail salon etiquette, I guess. I wanted a full set and the person who asked what I wanted didn't see particularly enthusiastic about my selection. She told me to pick a polish from the drawer next to her and left me standing by the drawer for about 15-20 mins while they all shared their gossip. (I just assumed that was the waiting area because people were just "hanging out" over there. The place was already over-crowded with furniture, equipment, and people. Finally, she tells me where the waiting area is at and says "sorry for keeping you waiting" (for 15-20 mins). I waited for a long time, maybe 35-45 mins. When called, I changed my mind on the service because there was no way I had time for a full set at that point. I opted for a manicure. The technician seated me and gathered her dirty, unsanitary tools from her last pedicure and began to use them on my natural nails. I pulled back and told her "I wanted clean tools". She didn't seem to understand that and I could tell this behavior was routine. I'm sure lots of nail fungus and other viruses come out of this place. She finally stopped trying to force me to use her dirty tools by placing them on my nails because I pulled back my hand numerous times and said "No, they look dirty. How do you sanitize your tools?" She got tools from a sealed pouch, I assume they were sanitized. The nail tech didn't seemed skilled whatsoever. The pictures on Google led me there, but she was not even able to polish within the lines. The nail polish was cheap and a brand sold on Amazon. It bubbled and streaked. I literally have 7 coats of polish on my nails as a result of the thin and cheap polish. The nail tech kept shaking the bottle and saying something in her native language....It's time for new inventory. $30 dollars later, I left and then came back with a cash tip of $10 ($40 TOTAL) for a basic, average looking gel manicure. This place needs help. I forgot to add that the other nail tech asked if I came in for a full set, I told her yes. But this is fine. She kept loudly saying "YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND! ", as if that was a problem and I wasn't allowed to change my service after waiting to be serviced for nearly an HOUR. I said "I had to wait too long for a full set and have to leave soon.", which she followed up with saying again "YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND". The sad part is, I'm sure many people of color are treated this way here. I just am accustomed to a professional, clean environment with good. service. This place is a low budget shop with high end prices. Do not recommend!!! Services: Gel manicures, Manicure, Nail painting

Love love love my nails! Wendy did my nails and was super sweet. Loved my nails and had a good experience.
