I visited this nail salon on Christmas Eve and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the results. The overall appearance of my nails left much to be desired. The older man who worked on my feet seemed inexperienced, and the same can be said for the person who did my nails. It felt as though an apprentice from a nail school had done the job, and there were even concerns about the salon's cleanliness. The level of service provided was below average and left much to be desired. Neither of them seemed well-versed in nail care. The man in particular struggled with cuticle removal, which was bothersome, nor did he massage or apply lotion during the pedi. Moreover, both of them shaped my nails in a rather unpleasing manner. Spotting a roach during my visit certainly didn't help either. Moreover, the older woman who worked on my nails was rude and neglected to apply lotion during the manicure. Needless to say, my experience was far from pleasant. Never again.
