        I posted yesterday about the poor, racist treatment I received from a heavy set, Asian male employee. I asked a question he ignored me and proceeded to give the Asian female customer the ultimate customer service. My post was removed after I posted my review. I guess I'll go to Fox News. Please don't patronize this racist unprofessional business.

        I went in to get a walker. The style that we wanted was in stock. The salesperson said that there wasnt one on the floor but that she could easily assemble one to try. She did, and it worked perfectly. Pleasant, courteous service.

      We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. As we further investigated the issue, we learned that you were being helped by a Hispanic associate that was getting the stockings from the storage. While she was gone to retrieve the needed item, you expressed a question to another associate who was attending to something else. He was aware that you were being assisted by another associate. All of your questions would have been answered by the sales associate that has been working with you from the beginning once she has returned.Allcare Medical embraces diversity and makes a conscious effort to provide job opportunities to individuals of all races and ethnicities.
