        We recently had our lift installed the early part of Sept. Ran into an slight issue mid Oct. and they arrived immediately and handle it. No worries. I am quite pleased thus far with the company!

        I just want to say that this little family owned company is the absolute best. They are wonderful to work with for purchases and service. Their customer service cant be beat. If you are looking for a lift do yourself a favor and use Interstate lift. Kudos to you Interstate Lift!!! Update: called for service a week and a half ago. Was promised it would be fixed this week. Still havent heard a word. Called and still no definate answer. Very disappointed. . I can barely get up my steps due to knee issues

        We got a stair chair for my mom after she was in the hospital. First we rented it but then decided she liked it so much we bought it and they took the rental payments off the price. We went with them because they're a family business so we know they're not going to just leave town and they gave us a high quality chair for a good price, which we checked on first.
