This distributor is the poster child for terrible service. Deliveries don’t always show up, frequently don’t have all products, all without notice. Impossible to get a human on the phone. Switching to Pepsi and never looking back.

Try to avoid this place, worst facility ever, take way too long to unload and on top of that they take about one hour to call you to give a dock door

We asked Coke if we could get our equipment replaced since it was 20 years old. It took 2 weeks to get a response from Coke about our equipment. The guy was completely rude and just said no we aren’t giving you anything. Customer service was horrible from the start. Wait weeks for delivery’s and they would never showed up. We will be dealing with Pepsi from now on. They deserve one star.

Told us they would fix our cooler over 2 months ago.. then called last week and said we were no longer a priority because we weren't "big enough" legitimate joke.. customer service was non existent from the start. Coke products imo are great but if you have to get them from here you might as well deal with Pepsi. I wish I could give zero stars because one star is overly generous.. Thanks for nothing, good bye and good riddance
