Moving into a new home and contacted Chris at Glenloch Locks. Chris was punctual, excellent communication, and did a great job changing all 10 locks plus a garage lock. Price was more than fair, and with all of the extra knowledge he gave us on maintenance… you really can’t beat them. I will gladly recommend Chris to all of my friends and family.

Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Chris is an experienced tradesman whose expertise includes and goes beyond locksmithing. We needed an old door with an ancient lock repaired. He solved our immediate problem during the first visit. And, he has given us trustworthy guidance for how to proceed with longer term projects. Will definitely use Glenloch Locks again.

Scheduled an appointment. Rushed home to meet the installer at scheduled appointment. No one showed so I emailed only to be told no one was coming after I waited around for 15 minutes. I mentioned we could reschedule for next day. Never heard from them again. Really unprofessional.

A++++ Excellent communication, Chris was very responsive from the initial request for service all the way up to letting me know his exact time of arrival, he arrived on time of when he said he would, he diagnosed the issue right away and solved our issue with a door handle not opening properly and also adjusted the deadbolt lock so the door was flush and easy to use, Chris was super friendly, professional, offered maintenance suggestions and also cleaned up after the work was done. Price was very fair for the repairs Chris made. I would highly recommend Glenloch Locks for any locksmith needs! Will definitely use in the future! Service: Re-key lock
