Came and repaired a deadbolt that broke and diagnosed the issue that caused the deadbolt to fail, drilled the slot so the bolt would fully engage.
Appreciate when someone does a full repair instead of just fixing the symptom

This is my go to neighborhood hardware store for small jobs around the house, but today I used their locksmith service for the first time, when my August smart lock conspired against me. Barry saved the day, checked my ID (grateful for the safety check for anyone trying to get into my house) and was friendly and helpful as he got me inside and did some maintenance on the lock to make sure it was locking and unlocking smoothly. Is it more money than I wanted to spend? Yes! Was it in line with what is reasonable and expected for an urgent call? Also yes. Besides, theyve saved me time and money in the past with their advice about tools and materials, so I got a bargain in the long run.
