I needed one lock re-keyed. I called on a Sunday morning expecting to schedule during the week, since it wasn't an emergency, and he was able to meet me within an hour. The process took all of 15 minutes, tops. Charge seemed reasonable. Provided two copies plus four extra blanks at no charge since apparently the brand of lock we have can be difficult to find someone to make copies - he is able to make copies on the spot, but the machine for that brand wasn't working. Also tightened the knob for us since it had come loose over time. Would definitely use again.

Ran into Dave on tuesday. He said give him a call on Wednesday, I did and he came right out to rekey my newly purchased home. Did I mention it was new years day? I will call him everytime and anytime I need anything pertaining lock or securing my possessions. Need something done dont take my word for itjust calll him!
