This company is the real deal and they know what they’re doing, especially installing door lock fixtures. Our old south Philly door needed a new fixture and Mike took care of it in 5 days he had it ordered and installed. I am so happy good honest people like mike are out there working and helping people with a quality service.

These guys came to my house, took apart my lock, gave me a ridiculous quote, and then left with my door unable to lock and totally exposed my home. Caveat emptor!

Mike was our technician. He was professional on the phone, available within half an hour of our call. He was helpful with recommendations to help secure our home, and was in and our in about 15 minutes! Great service!

Not good. I called them to fix an electronic keypad lock, was not quoted beforehand. They took the lock apart, put it back together and it started working again. They charged me $165 +$15 service charge for this!!!!

Locked my keys in the car after I got to work, called these guys. Dude over the phone quoted me at $15 to show up and $35 depending on what he needed to do. Tech was quick to get here which I was happy about, what I WASN'T happy about was that for 5 minutes of work it ended up costing me $225 and didn't really seem like it was that difficult to do. I appreciate the speedy response time, but this is such a rip off it's not even funny.
