Astro Limo Service

I used this limousine service to take my bridal party and my two daughters to our venue on the day of my wedding. The least I would expect is a smile and friendly personality from the drive, but what I received was a grumpy driver who seemed to hate that he even had to be there. When asked for help turning on the radio the response received was "its self explanatory". When my 13 year old asked the driver how to operate the air conditioning he ignored her.... 3 times! She was sitting directly behind him. The service was literally worse than an uber driver or a rental car which would have still provided the fun pictures without the feeling of being an obligation or nuisance. When we arrived at the venue he could not wait to get us out of the vehicle even though we had only used 2 out of the 3 hour minimum required. I literally played tug of war with him over my door because he tried to open it in front of everyone who would have then seen my dress before the ceremony even began. A piece of advice is communication goes a long way. All he needed to do was simply ASK what the plan was instead of trying to unload the vehicle. I would NOT recommend this company as the service provided was not what is promised on their advertising. It did not feel like royalty, in fact I felt like steerage. I am sad I spent the money I did on such deplorable and RUDE service. We sat in a boring limo with no music and a hostile driver that we learned quickly not to irritate.

Astro Limo Service was awesome to work with! Danny who was the contact was so nice and very helpful and accommodating. The whole experience was top notch. Our driver Luee was great!. He was so friendly and nice. He arrived right on time. The limo was my daughter and her friends favorite part of the day! If we ever need a limo, Astro is the way to go! And the prices are the best around!!

I couldn't asks for a better car service great transistion from the airport to my home driver was very communicative through the whole process.most of all very professional and courteous..thank you astro limo.
