Horrible customer service!!!!!! I was either transferred to another department or put on hold. I was trying to help an elderly friend set up a claim, Trust and believe your average person does not have the patience nor the technical knowledge to set up a claim with this company. If you are looking for a real person to speak with-Keep on looking for other insurance. This is not for you. Only gave it one star, so I was able to leave a review
