I have used this insurance spot before and I remember the guy very well . He is rude and condescending. I believe he is the owner . I just called for a quote and he hung on me because I told him he was talking over me and we were off to a bad start. How he has remained in business so long is confusing to me with such poor customer service !!!!! I already know my zip code is bad for insurance rates however I am already well versed because I have done my research . Please dont waste your time using them if you want professional services and a great customer service experience. If you want cheap rates and sass feel free to call them !

I am not sure if he gets a-lot of cold calls but will hand up in an instance. Donal Gross is a nasty disgusting little man ..

Horrible experience, customer service is extremely poor. The agent was the one who hung up the phone on me twice! Instead trying to resolve the issue, he instantly decided that he did not want our business! He stated for us to charge insurance company!

I called to get a quote on auto insurance. Gentleman that answered the phone stated they where about to close. And Im assuming thats why he didnt care to show a willingness to help! Not a good first impression at all. I will take my business elsewhere.
