I used Master Odor Removal to freshen my sister's car. She purchased a used car during the height of the pandemic and didn't realize it smelled horrible until she took her mask off at home. Ughh! After quickly talking with Matt, it was clear he knew what to do. I wasn't really sure what to expect, as i hadn't used this type of service.
I'm happy to report Matt took care of the smell and made her car smell fantastic. Not a temporary fix either. It's been months now and the smell is 100% gone. Phew! My sister is thrilled and I look like a hero. Thanks Matt!!!! Service: Deep clean

Matt was prompt, efficient and odors are gone! No after smell either. Our aging dog is still having problems, but still no odors! I highly re commend Matt and Master Odor Removal!!

The 9/1 storm left me with 4" of water in my basement. After the water was gone the basement and eventually the entire house had a mildew smell. Matt was very responsive and professional and took care of the odor. It was a pleasure working with him and I would recommend his services.

I called Matt, from Master Odor Removal, out to my home because of a severe mildew issue associated with the recent storms.  I had a leak in a kitchen window which flooded my kitchen and leaked into my basement.  After the water restoration team came in to dry up the water, I was left with a bad mildew smell.  Matt came in to take care of the odor super effectively.  He was thorough, answered all of my questions, and the process was simple and safe.  The mildew smell is completely gone.  I am very happy with the results.  Well worth it.

I called Matt K. to clean out both dog and a gas (spilled gas out of my lawnmower can in the rear hatch of the car) smell in my SUV. Matt was very competitively priced, explained in detail what he was going to do to the car in advance, showed up on time, completed the work in the time quoted, and (most importantly) my car smells great - no more smells / oders, period!
