I set up an initial cleaning and no one showed up so I was forced to reschedule. I messaged them the night before to confirm the rescheduled cleaning but did not receive a confirmation. Today was supposed to be my rescheduled cleaning but no one showed AGAIN. I tried calling and was sent directly to voicemail. I would not recommend this cleaning company as they are clearly unreliable.

I was looking to get a deep cleaning performed on my apt and got in touch with P&M over Yelp. They were quick to respond with a very fair estimate, as well as a proposed date/time in which the cleaning would take place. Similar to Catherine Harkins review, I was the one that had to confirm the appointment. 37 hours before the team was supposed to show up for the cleaning, they asked if they could change the date to another day. Unfortunately, I was unable to do this, and messaged them that I had to keep the initial confirmed date. After this I had no response from the team about whether they could still come in to clean our place. The day before our supposedly confirmed appointment, I called them, left voicemails, texted, and even messaged them on Yelp. I eventually got a message that read Ill call you right back. but never received any kind of call or text. I was shocked to not hear from them at all or even receive an apology for the headache. I think people looking for a cleaning from this company should be very wary especially because it sounds like Catherine Harkin had a very similar experience to me. I was fortunate enough to find another cleaning company that could come in last minute, and so far they have been very communicative and professional about everything.
