We had a bad experience here. 1. The bed sheets in our room werent clean. My husband tried to call but the phone in our room wasnt working, so he called through his cellphone to the front desk to let them about the dirty bed sheets on our first night. their solution was to give us 6 bed sheets for us to change (no comforters or pillow covers). 2. Also, the sink in the bathroom was clogged. The hotel doesnt make an effort in the cleaning area to the point they dont change the bed sheets after a guest do the check out Dirty and old.

Stayed at the Windsor Suites on April 2nd for one night. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, however we checked out after 1. The rooms were extremely dated compared to the images shown online. Upon entering our room the kitchen had a foul smell like something died in it and anytime we ran the kitchen tap the stink became worse. The windows let a ton of street noise in, and the walls were also paper thin. We ended up leaving because our baby could not sleep with all of the noise and how hot the room was (hotel does not turn AC on in winter). The reason Im bothering to write a review is because in our hurry to leave, we left a $250.00 Lululemon winter jacket in one of the closets. We reached out to the hotel an hour after checking out to let them know and they told us we had to fill out a lost report online annoying, but fine. We also called the hotel and they stated that theres nothing they can do until the report is filled out. After not receiving a response for another 24 hours my husband attended the hotel to demand they check the lost and found. The man working informed us that the coat cannot be located and might still be in the room which is now occupied by other guests (do you not clean the rooms???). We explained that were from Canada and cant wait around to see if the item is located, to which we were given zero resolution or compensation. BEWARE that your items could end up stolen by hotel staff, as seems the case with this coat. For the price paid the customer service is non existent, and no one responds to email inquiries.

In my opinion this hotel is in a pretty good location. I think it's a really good option for families simply because of how much space you get in the suites, but it's definitely far from luxury. The staff is extremely friendly and you're relatively close to most of the main attractions towards Center City. My only real gripe is what the condition of the room(708). The furniture was pretty rag tag and beat up thoroughly. Paint was peeling. The place just needs a major refresh best I can tell, although the common spaces are kept very nicely. Would we go back probably but certainly not at the rate we paid

1) Non-functioning wifi. 2) Very slow elevator (3 elevators for 24 floors). Elevators are small (max 6 people) and each floor requires key access of rooms specific to that floor. 3) Thermostatic shower knob was very hard to turn, hence the water was too hot to shower with. 4) Dishes in the cabinet were dirty. 5) Cabinet knobs are sticky/grimey. 6) Misleading advertising with the sky view advertisement (sky lounge is only accessible to room on the 20th+ floor; other floors can access the outdoor deck (not pool), which is not maintained and is piled up with snow and ice). 7) Lack luster check-in/lobby staff. 8) Dated room. TLDR: Multiple frustrating problem with the hotel. Advertisements give the place a luxury feel but in reality, it's a sh*tty old inn. Noteworthy details: Room is dated, as noticed by old kitchen and bathroom furnishings and peeling paint on the legs of the walls.
