The Grant Avenue location was outdated, especially regarding the interior, number of womens’ changing rooms, bathrooms. There were only three of each. The staff were very friendly, but needed more reliable computer technology, and it was very difficult to get a cell phone signal. Eric, the Regional Manager, seemed to always have an excuse for the above. He did have the pool painted, and some new treadmills. But the downstairs gym area with the new equipment lacked accessible elevators, and suitable, multiple emergency exits. Still, the membership price increased, and bad behavior of members, especially at the pool, and dangerous parking lot, was a consistent problem. The staff deserve better. Then, the place caught on fire, years ago. Still seems closed for now. Memberships are on hold, or would have to pay more for nicer locations, and facilities.

An ok gym before the fire. So much for the rebuilding process. Insurance companies are useless and uncooperative when fire is involved. Watch it sit for yrs now until it's finally torn down.
