Was overcharged twice as a member and was told several times that my account would be credited, which it never was. Eventually just couldn't get in touch with anyone. I then cancelled my membership due to moving out of the area, checked my bank account and they charged me for August (4 months after I cancelled my membership). I've now reached out twice to get refunded and cannot get a response from anyone. Terrible management, avoid going here.

This facility is filthy dirty. Much of the equipment is broken, including TVs. The towels are nearly brown. The front desk staff, with some exceptions, are more focused on their phones than the customers. I reported my concerns to the manager on duty and he just shrugged his shoulders “what am I supposed to do, I have a limited budget”. We all have limited budgets and we shouldn't spend our money at this awful place.

Great gym and great trainers but their billing sucks . I’ve been overcharged for three months now. I had to cancel the card so they can’t charge it again. Seems to be a problem with this company.
