Pearle Vision - Closed

I've used this Pearle Vision twice. The first time, 2013, my experience was great. However, I recently scheduled an appointment only to show up and find out the office was shut down on the day they scheduled me. They never called me to follow up and explain was happened. I received no text, e-mail, or phone call regarding the closing. I called the office number to see if they had a voice mail explaining that the office was closed. Nothing. When I called them the following week to inquire why they were closed, they said it was because of weather. They didn't apologize, nor did they even try to offer me a reschedule date. I'm extremely disappointed with their customer service. I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

Love this place such nice people. Mary is always helpful & patient as well. I just made an appt for my husband. Got his exam done & in just a few days the glasses will be ready. Im sad to see them go.

If i could give 0 stars i would. My first time the doctor got a the prescription wrong. They had to redo my lens but kept telling me to wear them for several days when i knew it was wrong immediately. The problem was only in right eye. My eye became watery and i started squinting alot. i go back for another re exam. And the prescription was still wrong again and i knew immediately once more. But they said the same crap. Wear them a couple of days which i didn't. I decided since my last eye exam was less than a year old. I they could put my old lens script in the new glasses. They even managed to get that wrong all the while they keep telling me wear a them. I love pearle vision been going their since i was a little girl and im almost thirty now. You want good service and people who will listen to you 9th and Market pearle vision isnt it. Save your time and money and go to the pearle vision on 69th street. Best experience i had so far.
