        Been coming here for years but the last time I was there my glasses werent done within the timeframe they gave me and the person I emailed, Liani, was pretty rude about it when I asked. FYI- 2 weeks is the real wait time for glasses, not 1 week like they tell you in the store. They only tell you 1 week because sometimes theyre done sooner than the 2 weeks it actually takes. These are their words.

        Shout out to (Tasha, Stuart, Shadia, Ieva, Cliff and Emme) Great location and friendly staff. Excellent service and timely order process! I got a new pair of Lingberg glasses (with a new prescription) at the Rittenhouse location. Highly recommend!

        Had an absolute pleasure working with Stuart and Cliff!! They were very patient and supportive! I originally contacted for my lens upgrade on old Lindbergs. They helped me pick two new frames and even added blue light coating on my original frames. I highly recommend them, they'll take care of your old frames and help you add to your collection!!
