An incredibly friendly work environment, with a tight-knit family feel among the employees—regardless of position. This top-to-bottom amicability was what initially drew me in as a lower-tiered employee, and it was what still makes me look back on my time at the office with nothing but fondness. Even the head partners at the firm would take time out of their busy days to make sure that my work and instructions were clear, and made me feel like I was truly a part of the firm. Overall, I would recommend a position at this firm to anyone interested in working within the legal industry.

I interviewed for a support position at this firm. Lobby has that new meets old, hipster type feel. The building the office located in is very old with small elevators that make a sound as if they might break. My interview started positive and quickly went downhill. The COO was quite disorganized and didn’t even discuss the details of the position. I was prepared to be asked what I know about their firm and to learn about the job specifications, instead I felt as though he decided a few minutes in that he wasn’t interested in hiring me, he pointed out concern on my resume which made it appear that he hadn’t previously read my resume completely, if you have a concern then why bring me and waste my time, was it more like if I came in an happened to look like a model I would be hired? Hiring managers can often be quick to point out a candidate’s flaw yet oblivious to their own lack of organization. Overall, the place doesn’t feel welcoming and I am glad not to go back. The salaries are also low for support roles and I recommend looking elsewhere.
