The person who was supposed to perform the initial collection of information spoke over me the entire time. She interrupted me so many times to ask me questions that were either irrelevant to what I was attempting to explain or to interrogate me, making me feel as if I was the one at fault. I had to literally try to stop her from talking and tell her a couple of times that if she listened without interrupting, she would be able to grasp the situation. I called asking for help, and she gave me another number to call to report it and handle it myself. I'm very disappointed at the treatment, especially since I was recommended this law firm. Mind you, this was just the initial contact and has nothing to do with any of the lawyers since I didn't make it past this person.
