Jay B. Laudenbach, DMD

My experience with this office is not a good one. Dr. Laudenbach was referred to me by Dr. Ridge from Philly Dentisty. Dr. Laudenbach created a treatment plan for me after several series of x-rays. I was advised I needed two extractions and a bone graft. After I had that portion of my treatment completed, I was told during my follow up visit that I would have to pay more to have further bone grafting done be Dr. laudenbach, who I thought and was held up as an expert with detailed experience, skill and qualifications. THAT WAS NOT the case. Dr. Laudenbach under assessed my dental needs while in the middle of my treatment after he took my teeth out and charged me over $2,000.00 , I was then told Dr. laudenbach would need to do more bone grafting which is an additional $700.00. This is a bait and switch scam. They get you in, you spend thousands of dollars and in the middle of treatment they charge more fees after they already gave me the total cost of treatment because Dr. Laudenbach DID NOT DO HIS JOB CORRECTLY in assessing my dental treatment plan with all the x-rays I paid for. Dr. Laudenbach is not the honest, experienced, qualified periodontist, Philly Dentisty said he was. So incredibly disappointed I got scammed. These people are SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY

Highly recommend. I have been coming here for years - extremely professional, competent and compassionate - they truly care about their patients. Its a wonderful practice.

I've been with Laudenbach Dental group for several years now. The atmosphere and friendliness is wonderful, but that is really the icing on the cake. There are 2 words that come to mind about the practice - excellence and professionalism. I think they score very high on both, not to mention a welcoming environment.

Where to begin! I had two extractions done by Dr. Jay Laudenbach. Yes, two teeth pulled the same day! Dr. Jay explained every step to me thoroughly and in detail to calm my nerves and to be sure I was feeling comfortable. It was a quick and easy procedure with minimal pain, which would only natural be to have some discomfort when having teeth pulled. His staff worked around him like a waltz. I even got a phone call from his surgical assistant Leta the very next day so Dr. Jay could be sure I was doing well.
