Dentex Dental at The Shops at Liberty

SCAMMERS. They illegally processed my credit card for an invalid transaction. The people who work here are rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. If you've ever had dental work done here, check your bank history for unauthorized charges. They will try to scam you out of money. They are thieves and frauds, beware.

I have been a patient of Dentex Dental at Liberty Place for 10+ years. Each visit has almost always been excellent. When I've had an issue, Lana, the office mgr, worked hard to resolve it. Dr. Giang(2022) Dr. Allan(2023) both seek to make sure you are comfortable. An excellent experience!

I am not happy. 1st time came here everything ok. Good doctors, nice nurses. 2nd came back , the door closed no information. Called them . They said that they call my number and left the message which I couldnt here any words even maximum volume. They know my number and email. Why did not send to me by them just Incase . Worst service ever . Never come back . Good luck

My whole family goes here. I am not an easy patient, I always have a lot questions to ask. From the front to the back everyone is always friendly and very helpful.
