Verizon Authorized Retailer - Wireless Zone

150 dollars in extra fees that I did not approve per device (unfortunately I did a bogo deal). They charged 120 dollars for a sim card (THATS FREE FROM VERIZON), then they added someone insurance that was not discussed with me. I returned an hour later WHERE THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME because the manager wife was "in labor" (we would then miss our BOGO deal). I will followup with a BBB report, see receipt below for proof. And yes I was told the Walnut ST and South ST store are owned by the same person. Also, I NEVER write reviews but people should be warned.

Lie about their coverage and suspended a guy who saved a kitten because he used his equipment. Changed plans and feel better about it already!

Initially, I posted a one star review noted below. We contacted the corporate office and the store manager promptly reached out to us to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Beware - Run Away! We went to the South Street Fair last weekend and Steve and Oscar indicated they were running an exclusive offer for the Fair. We "won" a special price on a Samsung Tablet with no upfront cost and $10/month which included unlimited data. We ended up getting 3 tablets. Came home, set up three tablets. On Monday went to our Verizon account to review. These were not set up as unlimited data. Called Verizon - they could not help since this was "Authorized Retail Store". My wife called the store and spoke with the manager. He could not do anything for us regarding the "unlimited" data deal the employees sold us...We could ...wait for it ...pay $75 more per month for unlimited data. Very disappointed that they do not stand by what the employees say just to make a sale. He said we could return the tablets to the store. Complete waste of time and have to now drive back, deal with parking, restore the tablets to factory settings, etc. We will call Verizon Corporate to report the clear bait and switch and deceptive practices at this location. Not expecting much from Verizon Corporate either. Looks like we will be searching for a new provider for all of our accounts. Beware...walk away... no run away!
