Ive been with Sprint/T-mobile since high school. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. If you can go to a phone store and get a $50 service. Unless you are on a family plan you will be spending a lot of your money. I am on a plan by myself. It is not an unlimited plan, and I have an iphone 13 pro max. Im sure there are people who pay less than I do. Currently Im working on buying the phone completely to get out of their scam I was scammed at a t mobil on Ceil b moore and it cant be fully reversed because I gave them my old phone. Meaning I am stuck in this new contract. This one specifically can never explain why my bill fluctuates and I dont do anything extra . Even the billing break down. Photo Proof Included.

Let me tell you - T-Mobile's customer care phone service screwed me over and almost put me 1k in the hole for a deal they said would be applied and then didn't. Two associates at this store, Britnie and Destiny, gave multiple hours of their lives to helping with this issue that got more and more complex and helped me come to a solution that I didn't think possible in resolving what had initially been messed up with the call center. I am so grateful for their help and expertise, and I gotta say if you are going to get T-Mobile go to this location because they will give it to you straight and real without BSing anything (pardon my French.)
