went in for an upgrade and was told i would be getting a deal on the new iphone. the manager took my old iphone and gave me the iphone xr. I was still being charged for the old device because tmobile never received it. when i talked to the new manager he said there was nothing they could do. this location just needs to be shut down if they cant even keep a manager.

Worst place ever. On Saturday Oct 30th, 19. At 4:10pm. I went to this Shop to change my number to my wife’s account. She even didn’t look it in the computer if I can change my number to my wife’s account. She said I have to call customer service. I am not sure why T-Mobile has open this store if they don’t help customers. Note- that I am authorized to make changes in my wife’s account under T Mobile account. And then I went to the TMobile near welsh rd on Roosevelt bld. They took care of me and did everything I wanted. Plus I got promotions on Netflex account too.
