Gogo Charters Philadelphia

My group had a round trip from philly to jfk and a returning trip back. Our departure time was 9:00 am the driver got to the location around 9:30. That was the first straw but ok because maybe he was stuck in traffic. Theres no way to contact your driver directly even tho youre giving the driver information to contact. You have to keep calling the 1-800 number to get any questions answered. We made it to jfk. On the return trip we were sent a smaller bus with less luggage space but the same driver that was familiar with our group size. The bus was so small that we had to pack our bags in the aisle of the bus from front to back because there wasnt enough space under the bus. This was a fire hazard we werent able to move until we arrived at our drop off location couldnt use the bathroom etc.. l then reached out to the company again and the told me well next time order a bigger bus with more seats when that wasnt the issue the issue was storing the luggage. I will never book with this company again they did not accommodate us in any way possible!

I would never recommend GoGo Charters to anyone! I volunteer with my church youth group and we had a trip planned for this past weekend. We had paid months in advance for a charter bus through GoGo Charters. Less than 12 hours before our bus was scheduled to leave, the company called and said they no longer had a bus available for us. They then said if we paid them an extra thousand dollars they could get us a bus. Since it was between that or canceling the trip all together, we agreed. An hour later they called back saying that again our bus had been canceled and there was nothing they could do about it. They were unapologetic and extremely unprofessional. So if your plan is to be ripped off and conned out of your money, then GoGo Charters is the company for you! If you would like to actually go on your trip, stay far far away from GoGo Charters.

It was so bad I want to give you a 0, but thats not possible so I give you a 1 No but honestly very disappointed. Hours before we were supposed to depart out group leader got a call that the bus they promised would be available for our trip was no longer available and couldnt provide us transportation. Very unprofessional and didnt compensate in any way. Would no recommend!

Bus charter booked with GOGO Charters went very well and we enjoyed our trip. Easy to use and the rate was good. Thanks for a great trip
