Pep Boys Auto Parts & Service - CLOSED

My daughter was in an accident yesterday and damaged her mirror. The manager went out of his way to assist us until we can get the car into the dealership. His name is ROMELL MINER and we are very thankful for your help today. You have given us superior service all the while snow was falling on him making it difficult to replace the mirror. Unfortunately I just learned my daughter's friend was in a tragic fatal car accident at the Montgomery Mall where my daughter also had to go for work. A little gesture like this may not mean a lot to people until they hear something like this happened to someone else's little girl. "May God Bless her and her family. I made an appointment online for an oil change. When I got there they said someone had gotten there before me so they couldn't take me right at 2, but they would get the work done as quickly as possible. Everyone was very courteous and I was still out before 3. Overall the fastest oil change I've ever had, and with the online coupon, also the cheapest. Definitely going back for future work!

My wife and I dropped off our car the night before. We were told that they would call us when the car was going to be worked on and when it would be finished. They didnt call at all. They did give us a free oil change because of the mix up. Overall, what should have been an hour or two ended up being nearly 24 hours. What I didnt appreciate was when we went to pick up the car, the supervisor was not pleasant with my wife. This all could have been taken care of if the automotive customer service was friendly, direct and understanding. Unfortunately they were not. Probably wont be going back.
