Avoid this location. The sales supervisor employs scam tactics: when I asked for a warranty charge to be taken off my bill (I did not ask for this), I was told that it couldn't be done and after insisted in the most pointed way, it was done begrudgingly. It entailed generating a new bill, taking 20 min to do so with a new employee. (Employess received commission on sales, so no wonder she resisted taking the charge away).
There is more: my tire pressure sensor was not reset after the new tires were replaced. After more waiting to inquire about it and nasty behavior from said employee, I was told by the guys that no one knew how to reset the sensor and to come back the next day to reset it by the person who had the knowledge. After a call to the store manager the next day, I learn that the sensor had been reset, yet no one communicated this or explained the conditions for the light to go off. There are good people there, but the interaction at the front desk was the worst retail experience I've ever encountered.

Worst experience ever. They took my car for 7 hrs for a car inspection (telling us that well get it in 1hr-1 1/2 hr). Waited for 7 hrs in the lobby in promised 3 times well get our car in less than 90 mins. We did a car inspection in new york 4 days in prior, we expected a pass the inspection. No, we got a failed. Told us to change the rear wheels . We literally just passed a car inspection 5 days ago in new york. Dont go there! There are better car workshop places in the city.
