        I googled Mavis since it was around the corner, called & made an appointment. Luckily when i got there Steve was at the front desk, because the number I dialed was to a call center which didnt relay all the information discussed to this shop. Steve was able to perfectly time the appointment (I had to pick someone up from the airport& make it back in time for tires) I needed to fit my day,& I might Be a bit chatty/ have questions - he patiently discussed& answered every single thing I had questions about or wanted to discuss. I could tell they were insanely busy &he never once rushed me. Even as I picked Up my car right at Closing time he still took the time to go over everything. Its rare for me to have such a solid experience when dealing with car issues so my advice would Be try to make sure on the phone your speaking with the exact location, and if Steves at The front desk trust that whatever information you tell him , hell try to make it the best experience for you.**** Definitely will go back yet hope I dont have a flat again so I dont have to rush back ****
