Terrible place to live especially if you have children its infested with roaches and mice it dont matter how much you clean they will come on your apartment. The maintenance will only lay traps not pick them up or exterminate. My apartment is falling apart its mold on the ceilings from the upstairs apartment leaking into mine. The mice travel thru the walls under the floor to apartments. My apartment has so many holes in the floor and walls. I havent even been here for a year and it has been three different management companies. Each management company did whatever they want. ACS management came in for two months and changed the lease and electric company. They put source to OHIO so you cannot get any PA state assistance with utilities. They also changed the online pay website that charges an extra 40 to pay rent. How am i being taxed so much to pay a bill. The dont send paper statements at all nor do they provide a general break down of how the charges came about. Utilities are not included as advertised you pay everything. Moving here was the worst mistake i hate my apartment my lease is up soon. Ill be suing them for all the damages caused while leasing. DONT MOVE HERE ITS OVER PRICED TRASH

Not happy, the bad part is im still a tenant there your service is slow and your maintenance is terrible we have been there since nov nothing has been fixed why why why new management is not excuse

The new management at Tacony Crossing has been nothing but amazing so far! They are professional, have great customer service, and are already making improvements to our community! Can't wait for the new improvements in the coming weeks.
