Imperial Manor III Apartments

I moved in here earlier this month. I had moved from a nearby location within 10 min away on Bustleton Ave that has horrendous noise issues from neighbors. It also had several other problems from cockroaches, to poor AC, to being very small, and practically zero sound protection. While searching for a new place, I came across Imperial Manor III (or more specifically Park One Place, which is managed by the same group). Although Park One Place was booked full and has a waiting list, I trusted that IM3 would be just as good. The model at Park One Place will definitely impress you. Rachel over there does a great job being honest and up front with you about everything as well, which is hard to come by in a rental manager. I moved in on July 1st, and it has been life-changing honestly. My quality of life is like I’m living in a different world. I sleep without ANY interruptions. You hear nothing here from neighbors, etc. What is stated on the website about sound-proofing has been 100% true for my experience. Everything is clean here, the shower water pressure is extremely good, I have central AC and a legit kitchen, and my 1BR/1BA unit has to be almost twice as big as my last place. All of my neighbors have been nice so far as well. Even though I pay a little more to live here, I have absolutely zero regrets. I have already raved about Imperial Manor to family and my co-workers, and I can’t recommend it any more.

3stars for the complex, but 5 star review is for Juilia Antonyuk who assisted me with setting up the visit and meeting me at the designated location promptly. She was honest and strove diligently to furnish accurate information. It was astonishing how loyal she was to her employer! During the visit she was very attentive and patiently allowed observations and took notes with a promise to bring it to the management's attention. In fact she even called to confirm that. I hope Julia's sincerity is appreciated with the complex's management- thnx,
