A lot of these reviews are old, so lets update them here. I was a tenant at grant meadows back in 2010. It has done a completed 360 since then. Back then, there were minor issues, but the old property manager (Ms.Antinetta) kept the place intact! With new property managers and staff, this place has become a trash can. Management - if you call about a problem.. nothing will get done in a appropriate time manner, you could be waiting a very long time with many excuses! Staff - unprofessional, barely aee them, becausd nothing gets done when it is suppose to and the property is not clean.

A horrible apartment complex the staff are disrespectful And liars they take advantage Of people with mental health.They take forever to fix things they don’t care about there tenants if they pregnant or have kids they will let you go weeks or month without fixing your shower or bath and they don’t care about a roach problem or mice they rude and selfish I won’t even recommend for a dog to live here

This place is the worst, people hanging out the entrance talking loudly and making noise. Tenant smoking at the other entrance of the building, you have to wait for them to move. Mice and roaches infected. You can hear everything that is happening with your neighbors. They dont clean the parking lot, a lot of tree close to the parking space. The insulation of the apartment is horrible, the heater is electric so they dont care because your are responsable for the electicity. The staff is rude and they never there. Not a good place to live with kids. Also! You have pay attention to your mail, I got three packages, all stole and they were delivered inside the building, no trust between neighbors either. I really was crazy for my lease to be done, to get out of there. Isn’t worth what you paid.

Love my neighborhood! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The common areas are always clean and upkept. The location is surrounded by trees and nature and you feel like you are living in the country. The admin staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and professional. The response time for maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. Of course, no place is perfect and you will always have some things that pop up unexpectedly that need to be addressed and I have found that the office staff hears my concerns and always tries to meet my expectations. A special thank you to Desiree who was extremely helpful in resolving two issues I had recently. She was exceptionally professional and accommodating in helping me. I am a very happy resident.
