        Paid three years in advance toward what I considered a worthy investment in a community ambulance service. Weeks later - no receipt - I bothered to knock and ask. "We don't send receipts." "How do you know I'm a member." "We keep records." "The day I call for an ambulance is likely the worst day of my life. I can't have the voice on the phone admit, 'We have no record of you'." This logic was answered with a shrug. So I no longer pay for coverage I may or may not enjoy. Meanwhile Northeast Ambulance continues to mail annual fund drives using the same stamp that would send that missing receipt. Proof-of-purchase seals a contract: money paid in good faith, received in good faith, will be honored in good faith. Anything less is no better than speculative.

        Your EMTs need to learn respect and how to treat a patient. Maybe that's why they only do transport. They are extremely rude
