Keystone Quality Transport was excellent. They were on time, polite, professional and efficient with my care and transportation. Marcus and Madyson were EXCELLENT. Want a good transport team ask for the team of M and M.

I am not sure the above is an accurate description of services provided considering such poor spelling and grammar. As far as services are concerned in and around the city of Philadelphia the Employees at EMStar Ambulance are the hardest working and most dedicated of any private ambulance service I've ever seen. Even the most seasoned veterans that are recruited require a week long classroom orientation, driver training, and at least a week of precept time on the truck with a certified field training officer. In addition all employees are subject to continuing in house evaluation and training during the course of a calendar year. This is in addition to an employees state continuing education requirements. No private ambulance service at least in this area will beat that.

EM Star ambulance delivers very poor service. last wednesday, on November 28, 2012, my darling and I waited and depended Emstar Ambulance to a scheduled vascular - (diabetes complications) drs. appointment from McGhee Rehab center to Voorhes,nj, . emstar ambulance called McGhee and informed us that they would be late which was very unacceptable. when emstar ambulance finally showed up, they were very late and unprofessional we had to call the Voorhees drs. to reschedule on (Monday, December 3, 2012 @ 1:20pm) (meanwhile,my darling had to be rushed to the emergency room at Cooper's hospital on Thursday, November 29, 2012, from McGhee. today we have drs. appointment and we hope emstar ambulance is on time @12:15p.m.(btw they were scheduled to pick up another patient from McGhee and was an hour late behind schedule). I called emstar ambulance and no one returned my phone call. POOR SERVICE. their contract should be terminated and since I work with contracts, their contract would have been terminated and found another ambulance service with professionalism, quality and more importantly on time for patients.
