Came in to do a wire, they said you need an appointment, scheduled the appointment for 45 minutes later, came back and it takes about 10 minutes to enter
information, then they said their system is down? But..... they would call me when it's up sometime later in the day, still waiting for that call? Don't understand employees dedication sometime or their lack thereof... Easy $100 for 15 minutes of work, just have to use Western Union now

Only PNC in town since they closed the Shenango location. And the ATM never works!!! Every time I come to the drive-through ATM for a very simple transaction, it is out of order or unable to do what I need. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!! Billion dollar banking company and can't afford a working ATM.
