        Absolutely terrible. I went in with my girlfriend and tryed to set her up an account and they lady behind the desk told us that they couldn't set one up for her that day as their lobby was about to close. Then made up a bogus "appointment" to come back the next day. Now if you know anything about banks there isn't a schdual to set up accounts. By the way, we went to a separate branch were we learned that we could open one online and didn't need to be in the building but this branch didn't want to tell us that. They just wanted to lie to us and waste our time.

        I go there all the time..it's less than 2 miles from my house..but the Tellers are to busy gossiping about everything to even get people in and out in a timely manner!

        cant believe i sat at the window for almost five minutes ignored by the woman sitting there. you can be busy and still acknowledge me. definitely switching banks soon. dont even care about your customers.
