        I'm so glad a friend recommended Richard! He was able to work with my schedule and sent me the (very detailed and well-organized) home inspection report the same day. My realtor had a few questions as we were reviewing it and emailed him after hours, and he responded answering every question within minutes. I could not have asked for better service

        BEWARE! This home inspector does not disclose important information about houses. Sixteen years in our home, we are still finding items that he never disclosed that he knew about. He took advantage of out of town buyers. Have spent over $60K regarding items he should have disclosed. Be careful if your realtor recommends him. Find someone else! No joke! Other reputable home inspectors have heard the same things about Malin.

        He was a good home inspector....until he complained that his old school turned into the Obama Academy (he hates black people) and he got a bad DUI while driving his truck and boat home. Loves Trump. Wouldn’t use again.
