I cannot recommend Chuck any more if I could! Chuck is highly professional, very knowledgeable , and worked with us on the tightest of deadlines all while delivering us the most comprehensive report any potential home buyer could ever ask for, that included photos and a breakdown that was super useful and helpful! We heard of Chuck from a friend of a friend and could not be happier with our choice and the work Chuck provided. He was attentive to any questions we had, explained as he walked through what he was looking for and what he found that would need repair. All and all if you need an inspection, Chuck is your guy!

My husband and I have Chuck inspect our new construction home built by Maronda Homes. We were anxious before cause we know nothing about buildings and constructions. But Chuck was soooo great!! He is such a professional and experienced inspector. He did everything carefully and in details, communicate with us all the time about all the little things. We were so appreciate to have him with us while doing our final walk-through -- such a relief! Thank you so much Chuck!
